The 3 Minute Thesis competition challenges graduate students to present their thesis topic in, you guessed it, 3 minutes or less. The competition started at the University of Queensland in Australia and has gone worldwide since then. I've been challenging myself recently to enter competitions and apply for grants and things like that, so this was an obvious opportunity to take. I presented my research on werable drug sensors sponsored by the Nationl Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). I love my work and it appeared I was able to convey the importance of my work to the audience. I was graciously awarded the "People's Choice Award" as voted on by the members of the audience themselves. Thank you to all who attended and all who have supported me on my journey this far. I'm honored.
I won the People's Choice Award!
